EU FMs bet on next US leader

During the recently finished informal talks in Avignon, France, foreign ministers from the European Union took a gamble on who will win the November 4 US presidential election. They declined to disclose their choices. French Foreign Minister Bernard Kouchner said the idea to have a flutter was welcomed because it relaxed the atmosphere of the meeting which had, at times, been tense.
